Policies

 

Conduct/Etiquette

Please turn off all cell phones or electronic devices upon arrival in our spa/treatment areas and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress.

 

Reservations

An advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.

 

Special Consideration

Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking or any notable changes since the last treatment.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session.

 

Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit required when booking service(s) outside of package appointments.

All clients/patients should arrive 15 mins prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete consents if they are not completed from their email notification. If client/patient arrive at their designated appointment time and consents are not completed prior to appointment, this will shorten their service time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide us with a 48 hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancelling or rescheduling of any singular appointment requires a 48 hour notice. Cancelling multiple services, packages, or parties of 2 or more requires a 72 hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time and no shows will incur a cancellation fee for all appointments.

 

No Show Fees

$50 cancellation fee for all serves will apply.

Pre Bought Package Clients/Patients: Will have “One” service deducted from their package total.
Clients/Patients booking service(s) without a package – Will be charged remaining balance for service(s) booked.

 

Refund Policy

Treatment packages are non-refundable. However, in the event you decide you do not wish to continue with a service package we will credit your account with the remaining balance to be used towards other services. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We will try to remedy any issue that may arise.

 

Gift Cards/Certificates

Please present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift cards/certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Bright Diamond Medical Spa and Wellness is not responsible for lost gift cards. Gift cards/certificates will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.

 

Retail Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened retail items purchased from Bright Diamond Medical Spa and Wellness within 7 days of purchasing. We accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur or we will gladly offer you a store credit to be used for future retail purchases or services.

All prices of services and products are subject to change without notice.

Payment and Tipping

We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.  Service pricing does not include tips.
