O-Shot Pre and Post-Care

O-Shot® Pre-Care

The O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical, PRP-based treatment designed to enhance sexual wellness, improve sensitivity, and promote vaginal rejuvenation. Proper pre-care ensures optimal PRP quality, faster healing, and the best long-term results.

1-2 Weeks Before Treatment

Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water daily to ensure healthy blood circulation and optimal PRP quality.

Follow a Nutrient-Dense Diet – Eat foods rich in iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants to promote strong   platelet production.

Discontinue Blood-Thinning Medications & Supplements (If Approved by Your Doctor) – To reduce   bruising, avoid:

• Aspirin, Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

• Naproxen (Aleve)

• Fish oil, Omega-3, Vitamin E

• Ginkgo biloba, Turmeric, Green Tea Extract

Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine – These can dehydrate the body and affect PRP quality.

 Avoid:

Vaginal Laser Treatments, Peels, or Aggressive Exfoliation in the Area – No intimate treatments for at   least 2 weeks before the O-Shot®.

3-5 Days Before Treatment

Shave or Trim the Treatment Area (If Preferred) – This helps ensure a clean, comfortable treatment   experience.

Continue Hydration & Healthy Eating – Supports platelet regeneration and healing.

Check for Infections – If you have an active vaginal infection, UTI, or herpes outbreak, reschedule your   appointment.

 Avoid:

Sexual Activity or Stimulation for 24 Hours Before Treatment – Keeps the area calm and irritation-free.

Tight Clothing – Loose clothing prevents unnecessary friction after treatment.

24 Hours Before Treatment

Drink Plenty of Water – Hydration improves PRP effectiveness and skin recovery.

Eat a Light, Healthy Meal Before Your Appointment – Helps prevent dizziness during the blood draw.

Shower & Gently Cleanse the Area – Avoid harsh soaps or perfumed products.

 Avoid:

Applying Creams, Lotions, or Perfumed Products – The area must be clean and free of irritants.

Excessive Alcohol or Caffeine – To ensure optimal platelet function and minimize bruising.

Day of Treatment

Arrive Well-Hydrated – Drink at least 2 glasses of water before your appointment.

Discuss Any Concerns with Your Provider – Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent   treatments.

 Avoid:

Applying Numbing Cream at Home – We will provide medical-grade numbing for comfort.
