About Dr. Joy Gary, MD
Dr. Gary’s journey in medicine began at an early age, driven by a calling to serve and heal. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Howard University, followed by dual graduate degrees and her Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her internship in Surgical Specialties and her residency in Internal Medicine at Oakwood Hospital (Beaumont Health System) in Michigan.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Gary is an active community volunteer and long-time member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization dedicated to public service.
