General Terms and Conditions for

Online Membership Sales


   1.    Membership Enrollment
   •    By enrolling in any membership program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
   •    Memberships are available for purchase online through our website or at our facility, and are subject to availability.
 

 2.    Membership Fees and Payment
   •    Membership fees will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month and will automatically renew until cancelled.
   •    You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your membership. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
   

3.    Cancellation and Refunds
   •    You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
   •    No refunds will be issued for any prepaid amounts, except as required by law or in the event of an error on our part.
   •    Once a membership is cancelled, any unused benefits or services will not be refunded but may continue to be used. 
   

4.    Account Management
   •    You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your personal information on your account, including billing details, contact information, and membership preferences.
   •    Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or used by anyone other than the individual who purchased the membership.
 

 5.    Membership Benefits
   •    Benefits associated with the membership are outlined on the specific membership page and include services or products such as discounts, sessions, or exclusive offers.
   •    Unused services will roll over to the next month within the same membership cycle. 
 

 6.    Scheduling and Cancellations of Services
   •    All services included in memberships (e.g., sauna sessions, IV treatments, etc.) must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
   •    A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for services to avoid being charged for the missed session.
 

 7.    Promotions and Discounts
   •    Promotional offers, discounts, or special deals cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
   •    Any applicable discounts or promotional rates are only available for the duration of the promotion and cannot be applied retroactively.
 

 8.    Changes to Membership Terms
   •    We reserve the right to update or modify the terms of any membership program at any time. All changes will be communicated to members in advance. You will be given the option to accept the new terms or cancel your membership.
   

9.    Health and Safety
   •    Memberships that include services such as saunas, wellness treatments, or other physical therapies require that you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own health and safety. Please consult with a medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions before engaging in any treatment or service.
 

 10.    Liability Waiver

    •    By purchasing a membership, you agree to release our facility and its affiliates from liability for any injury or adverse effects that may occur during the use of services offered, unless caused by our gross negligence.

   

11.    Privacy and Data Protection

    •    We respect your privacy. All personal and payment information provided will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

   

12.    Governing Law

    •    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our facility operates.
